Review of 2021 Improvements and What’s Coming in 2022

During these special times, we all want to enjoy with our family and friends. Disconnect a bit and relax around a meal with the people we truly care about. Forget about the stress, the routine, the hours spent in front of a computer… But Christmas is not just about these good moments. Christmas is also a time to reflect. To think about what we’ve done, a time to take stock. And we want to share it with you.

 

New Features

It’s been an intense year, a lot of work, in which we’ve continued to grow as a team and improve our value proposition in the market.

  • Among the key improvements, the new heat maps stand out. A very useful tool for testing creativities (images, digital environment designs…), counting the areas with the most clicks within an image. It also makes it easy to distinguish the positive and negative points of an image, making it quickly and effectively usable in images to see the most relevant points in terms of usability and improving conversion rates.
  • Improvements in Focus Groups. New options have been added to facilitate participant access to the Focus, both from an online community and in a one-time session. Now you can access the room directly via a link, achieving greater speed and convenience when conducting these types of activities.
  • Three new people have joined We are testers. Strengthening different areas (Operations, IT, and Marketing) that expand our capabilities, following the lean startup path, focusing on customer needs but not forgetting human value. This has resulted in an office change, which we will talk about soon.

 

And Next Year…

2022 will be an important year for us. Key. This project started with a vision of market research, but it involved a journey that couldn’t be completed in a few days. Year after year, we’ve been crossing stages of that journey, and now, more than ever, we’re getting closer to that vision that has guided us from the beginning. We can anticipate some important things, but not all:

  • Presented at the I+A Network, the new client area is one of our major bets for the coming year. A tool that will provide complete flexibility to create, manage, and share studies, combining all our methodologies and making the most of our technology. A tool that will include a new AI module, designed for qualitative results analysis, with NLP (Natural Language Processing) technology. And with improvements in the UX area, session recording enhancements, and other innovations.
  • New APP, both for Android and iOS, for our WAT Community. Designed to offer users a better experience when participating in tests, along with other improvements that will allow us to continue innovating in research methodologies.

What we can say, and we’re proud of it, is that we will continue to work hand in hand with the people who make WAT possible. Clients, investors, suppliers, and the users of the We are testers community. To all of you, Merry Christmas and THANK YOU. Thank you for trusting us and being part of this project.
