Webinar: how new research streamlines marketing decisions

Research and Marketing. Two complementary disciplines or departments within a company that feed off each other and gather valuable information to make decisions that minimize risks, validate concepts, test creativities, or better understand their target audience. It is precisely through this synergy between research and marketing professionals that we organized the first edition of the WAT Meet webinar series, dedicated to market research applications.

The webinar took place on April 21, 2021, under the title ‘Knowing What You Sell, Knowing Who Buys You’, and featured the participation of three renowned professionals from the world of research and marketing: Magalí Rey (Marketing Director at Milanuncios); Virginia Matesanz (Director of Innovation Processes at the Basque Food Cluster); and Lucía Argudo (Consumer Insights at ING Bank). During the seminar, the speakers discussed the daily challenges they face, how they use market research tools and solutions to meet their information needs in terms of branding, innovation, or customer knowledge, with examples and success stories in diverse sectors such as banking, food, or e-commerce.
