This summer, we have also taken the opportunity to introduce new features to our insight community solution.
It is now possible to see how many online community activities have taken place in a given period. Until now, we offered a comprehensive dashboard that included all data since the community was created. With the introduction of date filters in this dashboard, you can now limit the analysis period and obtain data for the time period of your choice. This gives you a better overview of recent activity and allows you to compare data between two time periods to understand how things have evolved.
Participants in online communities can be qualified using a tagging system. The management of these tags has now been improved. You can now create, modify or delete the tags you need in your community to qualify your participants. You can also manage which tags you assign to each of them with just a few clicks. This allows you to easily filter your participants and propose different activities to them or analyse data from user segments with specific tags.
A new ‘question’ type has been added to survey-type activities. This is a question that automatically assigns a random value from among the specified options. This feature is used to introduce alternative paths into the questionnaire, as depending on the random response, the panelist is led through one of the possible branches of the questionnaire.
Would you like to set reminders for participants? You can now easily schedule them when defining the activity. Use them to improve participation among testers in your community.
Our testers can now capture images and videos more easily with their mobile phones when participating in online communities. Until now, they could upload multimedia files that they had previously recorded from their gallery. Now, they do not need to record and locate the files to upload them in a second step. They can record instantly, and the files are automatically uploaded to the platform when the recording is complete. It is easier and faster for them.
We have improved the interface of online community testers to better adapt to mobile devices. This makes it easier for them to participate when they do not have access to a desktop computer, which increases speed and allows results to be obtained sooner.
Online communities have also received other improvements to optimise performance and keep users informed of what is happening on the platform when interacting with it.
Survey data is displayed in a powerful results monitor that allows you to perform all kinds of analyses. It is now also possible to download the graphs you want in a wide variety of formats (png, jpeg, pdf and svg) to help you speed up report creation.
