WE ARE TESTERS adopts as basic principles of its Information Security Management System Policy continual improvement, customer focus and risk-based thinking for all processes, with active leadership from senior management to promote and support the proper implementation of the ISO 27001:2022 standard.
Our strategic guidelines are:
- Customer adaptation: understanding customer needs, meeting their requirements and striving to exceed their expectations, with the dual objective of achieving their satisfaction and loyalty and safeguarding the information shared with us.
- Ensuring compliance with the legal requirements applicable to our products and services, especially those relating to the protection of personal data.
- Ensuring the maintenance of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, paying particular attention to information provided by customers for the delivery of services and to information provided by our collaborator panels.
- Ensuring business continuity in the face of contingencies and adverse situations that may threaten our activities and the service provided to customers.
- Continual improvement as a management model.
- Risk management for information assets, establishing the necessary organisational and technical measures to minimise their vulnerabilities.
WE ARE TESTERS personnel understand their influence on achieving both service quality and information security objectives and are directly involved in improving the system through the processes in which they participate.
